Unofficial bio:
I grew up in Athens, Greece, studied Finance and Banking, completed my Master's in Management in London and reached senior positions in top Investment Banking firms (mainly JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs) working in London and New York over the last 25+ years. During this time, I traveled and worked extensively in most European countries, the US and Asia. 

 

After 13 years in London, I have been living in New York since 2010. I love nature, the beach, the mountains, the Sun. I meditate first thing in the morning (for the last 16 years and counting!), I have fun with my spiritual practices, I exercise indoors in the winter and outdoors in the summer and I love traveling, movies and shows and deep conversations with friends. The beach is my favorite place in the world and my two life mottos are: ''everything happens for the best'' and ''everything is possible''. My intention is to live truthfully and joyfully and experience life fully awake/consciously, teaching and learning, while sharing love, wisdom, light and joy for everyone's highest and best good.

Ever since I was a teenager I asked myself the big questions: Why am I here? What is my purpose? What is the meaning of life? I have been looking for answers in different sources of spiritual wisdom, including the main religions, as well as more esoteric traditions and in Science. Having an abundance of money and success has always been important, but I felt that there had to be more to life. About 13  years ago I started experiencing a series of profound events that helped me transform, really get to know who I AM, clarified my purpose, sharpened my intuition and gave me full clarity as to what my gifts are and how best to be of service to the world. During this time, I realized that my life purpose includes supporting others through coaching and healing energy work.

 

While working in Finance, I completed my Certified Professional Coaching training program and I started coaching, helping Executives and professionals be successful and productive without sacrificing their health, well-being and happiness. I follow a holistic approach that addresses the whole being at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, as this is what leads to deep and sustainable results. Over the years I have studied and still continue to study and practice a number of modalities that support and help me deepen my coaching practice including Positive Psychology, Kabbalah, a Course in Miracles, Reiki, Yoga, Theta Healing, Medical Intuition, Vortex Healing, Hypnosis and Somatic methods such as EMDR.

My clients work in a variety of industries and are primarily based in New York, London and Paris. I coach 1-2-1 in-person or over the phone. Intentionally, I work with a limited number of clients based on chemistry and fit.

My heart and soul rejoice when I see my clients progress to their next level and flourish to their full potential.
