Unofficial bio:

I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, and built a 25+ year career in Finance, holding senior leadership roles in Internal Audit at leading global institutions including JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs, across London and New York. Throughout that time, I experienced firsthand the demands, pressures, and trade-offs that come with high performance environments—and the subtle ways success can come at a personal cost.

Alongside my corporate career, I was always drawn to deeper questions around purpose, meaning, and what it truly means to live well. That path led me into years of study across coaching, psychology, spirituality, and transformational modalities. Over time, this became my life’s work.

 

Today, I guide high achievers through deep, lasting transformation using my Flourish Method™—a whole-being approach that integrates the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions to create sustainable change. My work draws from a wide range of disciplines, including Positive Psychology, somatic methods such as EMDR, and various transformational and spiritual practices.

I work privately with a select number of clients across New York, London, Paris, and Athens, both virtually and in person. I also offer immersive private retreats in East Hampton, NY for those seeking deeper transformation.

I begin each day with meditation—a practice I’ve maintained for over 16 years. I live in East Hampton, NY, as I feel most at home in nature. I love the sea and the sun and staying active through beach runs, yoga, pilates or cycling. I value depth, presence, and meaningful connection—and I bring that same energy into the work I do with my clients.
